For the condos closer to 1,000 square feet, I estimate a range of $540,000 to $575,000 if you have partial walls or no separation for bedroom spaces. If the unit is on the 2nd floor with access to the pool deck, the value can be significantly higher. Modern styled remodels can also push the value close to the mid $600s if a unit has both factors.
There are a number of floorplans that are between 1,100 and 1,500 square feet.
For the floorplans that are closer to 1,500 square feet, I estimate the value to be between $570,000 to $650,000.
The value can differ greatly due to the “loft” original state of no walls. Upgrades, having a private patio area facing the pool deck, and having enclosed bedrooms with drywall can make a significant difference and even overcome additional square footage when comparing units.
