The Domain in Anaheim has its flagship Plan 8 Townhome floorplan on the market for the first time in over 2 years. The other townhome floorplan sold earlier this year in January for a the highest mark of $710,000. (That mark was matched twice since by smaller, single level floorpans since.)
The real estate market in Anaheim continues to be a seller’s market and prices will likely keep climbing until the supply reaches more normal levels.
