The Top 5 Most-Searched Irvine Condo Communities:
According to Google Search Console data and MidRiseLiving.com traffic reports, the top Irvine condo communities by search volume are:
-
The Plaza at Jamboree & Campus
-
Avenue One next to The Plaza above
-
Watermarke next to the 2 condo buildings above
*-based on Nov 2025 Google Search Console data
Why The Plaza Ranks #1
The Plaza’s sign is located at a busy intersection at Campus and Jamboree without much competing visual distractions when stopped at a traffic light.
The Plaza Irvine tops the list with 504 Google search impressions in the latest 30-day period — edging out Avenue One and Watermarke. Here’s why:
-
High visibility at a key intersection
Located at Campus Drive and Jamboree, The Plaza enjoys strong exposure to commuter traffic. The bold signage facing both directions captures attention — especially for professionals commuting to UCI or the airport. -
Luxury branding that sparks curiosity
The Plaza’s 3 towers (although they’re 2 separate communities) look very high end. Many passersby assume it’s a hotel or luxury apartment building and later Google it out of curiosity — leading to search impressions that outperform even larger communities.
Avenue One: High Clicks, Low Signage
Avenue One has a large sign on the opposite side of the bridge shown, but it’s located on less traveled Scholarship Drive.
Despite having less prominent signage, Avenue One still generated 501 impressions and a higher number of clicks (22) — suggesting many people already know the name and are actively looking for listings or rental info.
That could be due to:
- Most onlookers mistaking the building as an apartment offering inexpensive rentals
-
Proximity to the 405 freeway and UCI
-
Past rental activity that keeps the building name in circulation on apartment forums
Watermarke: Visibility & Amenities

Watermarke had 440 impressions, placing it solidly in third. It benefits from:
-
A larger resident base
-
Large entrance signs
-
Its proximity to UCI
Marquee at Park Place (Irvine)
As one of only 2 industrial style towers in Orange County with floor-to-ceiling windows (Skyline OC is the other), architecture of Marquee sparks curiosity for both luxury renters and buyers.

Marquee consistently ranks among the most searched condo communities in Irvine, and that’s not by accident. Its combination of true high-rise living, full-service amenities, and proximity to Park Place offices makes it one of the few buildings in Irvine that feels more like a downtown tower than a suburban condo.
Buyers and prospective tenants searching Marquee are typically comparing it against newer luxury product in Irvine—and sometimes even Orange County coastal high-rises—because of its scale, views, and concierge-style lifestyle. Floor level plays a major role in value here, which is why pricing and demand can vary significantly within the same stack. While the building is older, I often highlight its steel framing as a unique advantage compared to its wood framed counterparts like the newer Lexington at Central Park West.
This ongoing search activity reflects a steady pool of buyers who specifically want Marquee, not just “any Irvine condo,” which helps explain why well-positioned units continue to attract attention even in more selective markets.
The Orange County Condo Community that will surpass all of them? Skyline OC

Skyline OC is already my most visited page on my website as the 2 towers along the 55 and 405 freeways continue to attract attention of both Orange County locals and visitors. For now, I decided to omit it from the comparison as the units continue to be sold in one tower and the other tower is expected to have units released in 2026.
Why This Matters for Sellers & Landlords
For sellers: High search activity means more organic exposure. If you’re listing at The Plaza, Avenue One, or Watermarke, your unit is part of a community people are already Googling. That can drive additional visibility and activity for your listing.
For landlords: It’s a reminder that location and branding still matter. Even if your building doesn’t have the biggest marketing push, name recognition from signage or online chatter can attract more renters organically — and even reduce time on market.
